Günther Kehl is managing Director & CEO and founder of ORGA-SOFT since 1979.
He is also managing Director for the subsidies and daughter company's in Dresden and Filderstadt/Stuttgart as well as founder and CEO of ORGA-SOFT Cooperation. The daughter company in Breslau (Poland) is also founded by him.
Before he founded the ORGA-SOFT Group he was CIO of a major power plant. His deep knowledge about Software development was gained while he was working for a System integrated from 1972 to 1977. In all of those company’s he was responsible for the conception part of the development. The master degree in Business and his deep knowledge in IT are the major success factors which are necessary to grow the ORGA-SOFT Group Since 2002 he is at the supervisory board of BFL-Leasing

Matthias Kehl (Partner & Share holder)
Since January 2007 Matthias Kehl is responsible for the department of marketing and partner selling. Prior to this Matthias spent 8 years with different consulting company’s around the world. He’s responsibilities were Project management, Sales and Consulting for mayor company’s like BASF, AVISTA (USA/WA) and Bilfinger+Berger. His area of responsibility is appropriate for the different products and solutions of the Portfolios offered by ORGA SOFT. The development of the partner business is likewise in his hands.
Manager Beverage-Industry
Helmut Brunner (Partner & Share holder)
Since ORGA-SOFT was founded in 1979 Helmut Brunner is responsible in different leading positions for ORGA SOFT. The learned applications programmer was considerably involved in the development of the ERP solutions. The branch solutions for the beverage trade and - industry could successfully be introduced at far more than 350 customers.
The glider pilot inspired in its spare time represents the enterprise as Director and partner.

Giovanni Carriero (Partner & Share holder)
Already 1991 Giovanni Carriero developed commercial applications in the area of ERP with ORGA SOFT. Because of his experience of many years as applications programmer he became responsible for the development of INTEGRA. This consists of subranges such as data bases, reporting systems and software development.
Manager Sales - Beverage Industries
Reinhold Feyerabend (Partner & Shareholder)
Reinhold Feyerabend sells ERP solutions for the mid market since 1988. After he started with NCR he became a specialist in the beverage industry in 1992 when he worked for M/A/I/ the market leader at that time. As Sales manager he is with ORGA-SOFT since 1995 and responsible for the business development of over 300 customers in the beverage industry so far. His competent team takes care of the federal territory and European countries.

Ralf Barrois
Since 1979 Ralf Barrois works as one of the first programmers for dialog applications. He developed and takes care for the different industries like Automotive, Telephone publishing publisher and material logistics (ERP). The department manager is responsible for the development and support of the Modules OS-FIBU and OS-ANBU. For approximately 10 years he accompanies the development of the INTEGRA programs in the financials area with his specialized knowledge.

Rolf Makowski
Rolf Makowski is manager of the division SystemService, which covers the parts of technology consulting, technical customer service and sales support. Rolf started 1998 with ORGA SOFT, where he was considerably responsible for the structure of technology consulting. Since January 2007 he took the responsibility for the division SystemService.
