CTI is the linkage of telecommunications and your ERP software INTEGRA.

The CTI enables you to make your phone activities more efficient. Call your customers by using your INTEGRA ERP without typing in the numbers manual. Incoming calls are identified by INTEGRA and the customer data will appear on your screen automatically.

Determine by yourself which Modules will be synchronized by CTI.

Use the functionality of your telephone communication system combined with INTEGRA ERP. To make sure that the communication between your Telephone system and INTEGRA can be established a standard interface is available (for common systems).

Every employee has to have an INTEGRA account. This account is related with the telephone number of your telephone system – this enables you to get your calls on your desk. For incoming calls automatically the record of the calling customer, supplier or college will appear. When there is no data record for the incoming call a window will show you the number.
